Tiphaine has a background working with early-stage startups, from pre-launch to post-launch. She was a key element in a UK-based insurance startup during which she learnt the characteristic peculiarities and technicalities of working within a heavily regulated industry. After that, she founded a marketplace for creative talents, led a creative agency specialising in content production, and worked as a growth consultant for clients in the UK, US, and France. She is in charge of all marketing and communication efforts at Modus.
